- Our medallions are created using 3/8" x 12" x 12" marble, granite, travertine or customer supplied material.
- Our medallions are mounted on a mesh backing and shipped un-grouted for seamless integrations in your floor.
- Grout lines within the medallion are 1/8" wide.
- Larger medallions are shipped in sections for easy installation.
All medallions 36 inches and over, including marble mosaic designs, are packaged in a wooden crate and shipped via freight company to prevent damage during shipping. |

| How thick are your medallions? |
| Natural stone (marble, granite, travertine, and limestone) medallions are cut from 3/8" thick tiles resulting in a completed medallion that is also 3/8" thick. |

Are your medallions difficult to install? |
Installing medallions is as easy as installing floor tiles. The same floor preparations required for installing a marble, granite, porcelain, or ceramic floor are required for installing medallions. Medallions ship to you in easy to handle sections. Simply apply the floor adhesive, and then set the sections in-place to complete the medallion. |

How are the pre-assembled sections held together? |
The natural stone sections that compose your medallion are held together on the backside of the sections with adhesive. The backing a flexible fiberglass mesh and the purpose of this adhesive is only to hold the shapes together prior to installation. The floor adhesive used during installation provides the structural bond to the floor. |

Are your medallions pre-grouted? |
There is no grout in the space between the natural stone or porcelain shapes in our medallions. Once installed, you can apply any color of grout you wish. Using the same colored grout that is used in the surrounding floor tiles allows the medallion to integrate smoothly into the rest of the floor. |

| How wide are the medallion grout joints? |
All of our medallions have a grout spacing of approximately 1/8" between shapes. |

| How long does it take to receive my order |
Medallion and Tile orders require approximately 2 weeks for delivery. |

| Do you carry any items in stock? |
All medallions are in stock. Occasionally we are out of stock but will advise you when you order. |

| Can I order a custom medallion? |
We will quote custom designs or custom sizes. The price is based on the time needed to draw the design and to cut and manufacture the design as well as the material specified. We will give you a quote based on a drawing or photo. |

What if a piece is broken during installation? |
| If a piece is broken during installation, let us know which piece is damaged and we will ship you a replacement piece as soon as possible. If the piece is damaged while it has already been set in the floor adhesive, it is best to wait for the floor adhesive to dry, then chisel out the damaged piece. With the damaged piece removed, you can install the replacement piece. |

| What if I don't like the medallion once I receive it? |
If you are unsatisfied with your medallion for any reason, you can return it provided the following conditions are met:
1. The medallion must be returned within 45 days.
2. The medallion must be packaged properly.
3. The customer pays shipping fees.
4. Custom medallions cannot be returned without prior approval. |
